1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FinproLine, you agree to these terms and conditions governing your use of our automated workflow solutions and related offerings.
2. Services
FinproLine provides automated workflow solutions for small businesses, including setup, integration, and ongoing support. All service details are outlined in your order confirmation.
3. Digital Materials
FinproLine offers downloadable guides, templates, and tutorials ('Digital Materials') to assist with process automation. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
4. Physical Goods
FinproLine may supply hardware kits or equipment required for automation setups, delivered to your specified address.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
To request a refund or transfer, submit a request via contact us. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may alternatively transfer the service to a future date once within a 12-month period at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable due to resource allocation.
5.2 Digital Materials
Due to immediate access, refunds for Digital Materials are provided only if downloads fail or files are corrupted. Submit a request via contact us within 3 days of purchase. Upon verification, a refund is processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5.3 Physical Goods
Physical Goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, submit a request via contact us. Once received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.
6. Payment and Fees
All fees are due upon order placement. Payments may be made via accepted channels. Late fees may apply to overdue balances.
7. Cancellations and Transfers
Service bookings may be canceled or rescheduled by notifying FinproLine support at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Transfers within policy timelines incur no additional fees.
